Join us at our super fun Penguin Club sessions especially for younger
would-be skaters!

Aimed at parents and guardians of children aged 8 years and under, Penguin Club offers a safe and fun environment for you and your little ones to enjoy an ‘ice’ time together!

Its great value too at just £4 per person* and as we keep numbers a little lower at these sessions so children shouldn’t feel overwhelmed.

We do also ensure there are skating aids for beginners available to share at these sessions but we recommend you give it a go without as it’s the best way to learn to skate!

“Have fun on the ice”

The ice rink will be taking centre stage on Victoria Square from 7th December 2019 to 5th January 2020.

All abilities are welcome and there are sessions to suit everyone with the number of skaters on the ice managed to ensure that everyone can enjoy themselves in a safe environment.

For general public skating the ice rink can hold up to 180 people per session but the Penguin Club (parent and child sessions) are limited to 120 people with a maximum of 2 children per adult.

We also offer special school sessions, where just 40 skaters, plus a maximum of five school teachers, can learn to skate or just enjoy the fun.
